Shouvik Roy is an experienced CMC and Technical Operations leader with over 16 years in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Sterile Product Development at Merck, Shouvik leads the Mixed Modalities Sterile Product Development group, focusing on innovative drug deliveries. Previously, Shouvik held senior roles at Amgen and Teva Pharmaceuticals, where they contributed to the development and launch of key drug products, including Ajovy. Shouvik earned a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Biotechnology from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, along with a Master's in Industrial Pharmacy from The University of Toledo and a Bachelor's in Pharmacy from Jadavpur University.
