Stephanie Chen (Khuu) has over a decade of experience in engineering and technical operations, primarily within the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors. Beginning as an MMDP Analyst at Merck from July 2009 to July 2011, Stephanie focused on supplier strategy development in research procurement. Subsequently, in positions including Technical Operations Engineer and Sr Specialist in Engineering, Stephanie led tech transfers for lyophilized Live Virus Vaccines and played a critical role in resolving manufacturing deviations through robust root cause analysis and CAPA development. Currently serving as Associate Director of Engineering at Merck since March 2022, Stephanie oversees operations in the syringe filling facility. Stephanie holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, obtained in 2009.
