Stephen Herrera

Stephen Herrera is the Operational Director of Global Data Management and Standards at Merck, a role they have held since 2025. With extensive experience at Merck, Stephen previously served as Associate Director and Manager in Global Data Management and Standards. Their career began as a Clinical Data Coordinator at ICON plc from 1999 to 2001. Stephen holds an MS in Physical Therapy from Widener University and an MBA in General Business from La Salle University, as well as a BA in Biology from Arcadia University. Additionally, they received Six Sigma Green Belt Certification in 2009.
