Steve Toback

Steve Toback currently serves as the Executive Director of DevSecOps at Merck, a position held since August 2021, after previously functioning as Director of Cloud Governance and Reliability Engineering. Prior to this role, Steve was a Manager of Cloud and Digital Transformation at EY from September 2019 to August 2021, and held the title of Director at Hitachi Vantara for nearly a year. Steve also served as Director at REAN Cloud from May 2015 to October 2018 and had a long tenure at Merck from February 2002 to May 2015, where roles included Associate Director of Cloud Architecture, Information Security Engineer, and Web Engineer. Steve earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Rutgers University between 1997 and 2012.
