Steven MacDonald

Steven MacDonald has over two decades of experience in technical roles, starting with the United States Air Force Reserve as an Aircraft Maintenance Specialist and advancing through various IT positions. Notable experience includes serving as a Windows/Linux System Administrator at Secure Mission Solutions, an IT Generalist at Tabernacle Baptist Ministries, and currently as a Datacenter Support Technician at Peak Systems, Inc. Additional roles include working at Merck as a Command Center Technician and a Data Center Operations Technician, where Steven managed incident and change processes for extensive IT environments. Steven holds a Bachelor's degree in Biblical Studies from Ambassador Baptist College and has pursued electrical and computer engineering studies at Drexel University.
