Thea Davis has extensive experience in legal counsel and management, currently serving as Executive Director and Managing Counsel for Global Compensation and Benefits at Merck. Prior to this role, Thea held the position of Sr. Director and Counsel for Benefits and Compensation at Constellis, and served as Counsel for Labor, Employment & Benefits at General Motors. Thea's legal expertise also includes serving as an Attorney at the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) and as Deputy General Counsel at the Office of the Attorney General for the District of Columbia.
