Thomas Greshock is a seasoned professional in the field of chemistry, currently holding the position of Director at Merck since April 2008. In this role, Thomas serves as the Discovery Project and Team Leader, Chemistry Capabilities Champion, and Group Lead, overseeing various innovative approaches including High-Throughput Experimentation, Parallel Chemistry, and Digital Design/Data Analysis. Thomas is also responsible for people management, talent development, and Discovery Chemistry recruiting, alongside portfolio management.
