Tyler Hechtle is currently a Specialist in Engineering at Merck, contributing to the Investigative Laboratory Services (ILS) team by conducting material characterization and failure analyses. Previously, Tyler served as an Engineer II through Primary Talent Partners, improving submission procedures and authoring technical reports to support pharmaceutical manufacturing. Tyler earned a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology in May 2022 and is currently pursuing an M.S. in Materials Science and Engineering at the University of Florida. Additionally, Tyler has interned at M2X Energy Inc., where they supported process development and presented findings to a multidisciplinary team. Outside of work, Tyler is passionate about golf, hiking, and kayaking.
