Wayne Stevens

Wayne Stevens is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in employee engagement research and analysis. Wayne began his career as a Data Analyst at Hay Group from 1995 to 1997, followed by a lengthy tenure as Senior Project Manager at The Gelfond Group from 1997 to 2016, where involvement focused on developing custom employee engagement survey products. After transitioning to PwC from 2016 to 2018 as a Senior Associate in People Analytics, Wayne currently serves as a Senior Specialist in Employee Listening at Merck since April 2020. Wayne holds a Master's degree in Education, specializing in Sports and Recreation Administration from Temple University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in History from Radford University.
