Zac Thompson

Zac Thompson is the Executive Director, Large Molecule Quality Lead, Americas at Merck Animal Health, a position they have held since 2023. Previously, Zac served as the Head of Quality & Compliance at Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health from 2018 to 2023 and as Associate Director of Quality Assurance at Synageva BioPharma Corp. from 2013 to 2014. They began their career at Merial, where they managed Global Quality & Compliance from 2001 to 2013. Zac holds a Master of Science in Biomedical and Pharmaceutical Regulatory Affairs from The University of Georgia and a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Nutrition from California State University-Chico.
