We began our journey in 2004 as a family business, founded by cousins, George, and Andre Merhi. In the 16 years that Mercon Group has been in operation, our team has grown to capably deliver a wide range of construction projects. What’s unique about Mercon is that we provide a complete end-to-end solution without the overheads of a medium to large construction company. Our ability to do demolition, excavation, and construction in-house means we are able to provide competitive pricing and reliable service.

To date as a Multi-Disciplinary Contractor, we continue to be proudly Australian and family-owned, serving some of Australia’s biggest institutions and brands such as John Holland, Scentre Group, GUCCI, DEXUS, Land Rover, Blacktown City Council, University of Technology Sydney and Western Sydney University to mention a few.

Our team has a strong history of delivering successful projects with values between $100,000 to $15,000,000 across the Residential, Retail, Commercial, Government, Industrial, Healthcare, Hospitality, and Education sectors in New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory.

This success is underpinned by our company values which our team live and breathe every day, setting us apart from our competitors and making us the Contractor of Choice for our long-standing Clients.

When you work with us, this is what you can expect, this is our brand promise:

(1) We conduct our business with Integrity.
(2) We always put our customers first.
(3) We always deliver quality work.
(4) We look after each other like family and make sure everyone goes home safely.
(5) We keep it real by being genuine and approachable.

We are extremely proud to be fully certified with an integrated management system for Occupational Health and Safety (ISO 4801), Quality (ISO 9001)
and Environmental (ISO 14001).
