Neil Banerjee

Neil Banerjee is a seasoned professional with a strong background in growth operations, strategy, and investment banking. Currently serving as the first Growth Ops hire at Mercor, Neil previously held the position of Strategy & Operations Lead at Traba, focusing on enhancing global supply chain efficiency. Neil's experience includes working as a Corporate & Investment Banking Analyst at HSBC, and holding leadership roles at Goizueta Venture Capital, where investment theses for Climate Tech and Enterprise Blockchain were developed. Contributions to the startup community at Emory University as an Entrepreneurship Fellow and a foundational role as Co-Founder of Statheros further highlight Neil's entrepreneurial spirit. Neil’s early career includes technical support at the Rollins School of Public Health and an administrative role at Affiliated Engineers, Inc. Neil holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Emory University with a concentration in Finance, Entrepreneurship, and Economics.
