Nolan Brown

Nolan Brown is currently the Strategic Projects Lead at Mercor, where they focus on enhancing efficiency and pipeline through AI initiatives both with clients and internally at Deloitte. Previously, they worked as an Analyst and Consultant at Deloitte, where their projects included AI strategy and transformation, growth strategies, customer experience, procurement strategies, and M&A program management. Nolan also served as Vice President of Corporate Outreach for the Cal Poly Consulting Club, where they developed partnerships and organized recruiting events. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and a Master of Science in Engineering Management, both from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
