Carl Pauly

Carl Pauly has extensive experience in executive search and talent management, currently serving as a Partner and Head of Learning & Development at Mercuri Urval since February 2001. In various roles, including Senior Vice President of International Business and Group Director for International Projects, Carl has led project management and execution of top-level executive searches while being a key member of the Swedish management team. Additionally, Carl has served as Chairman of the Board for ÖSK Elitfotboll AB and held the position of Major in the Swedish Armed Forces, following education at the National Defence College where Carl earned a degree as Major.
