Matt Meyer

Matt Meyer's work experience includes a role as a Senior NGL and Olefins Trader at Mercuria starting in February 2021. Prior to that, they worked at BP for over 12 years. Matt'sroles at BP included being an NGL and Olefins Trader, where they developed and implemented proprietary trading strategies for various commodities. Matt also provided market making and risk management services for customers. Additionally, Matt worked as a Natural Gas Trade Analyst and a Power Market Analyst at BP. Before joining BP, they had summer internships at BP and General Motors Asset Management.

Matt Meyer attended Rice University from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. Matt'sfield of study was Mathematical Economic Analysis and Statistics.
