Eric Ertmann

Eric Ertmann is a design leader currently serving as a Product Design Manager at Mercury, where they support design teams to enhance the customer experience. Previously, they held positions at notable companies including Opendoor as a Senior Design Manager, Meta as a Product Design Manager, and Airbnb as an Experience Designer, contributing significantly to the design of user experiences and community features. Eric's early career includes a role as a Design Lead at Bloomberg LP as part of Carnegie Mellon's HCI Master’s Program, where they focused on improving internal collaboration. They also possess a Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from California State University-Chico.
