Sara Powers

Sara Powers is a seasoned Senior Software Engineer with extensive experience in front-end and back-end development. Currently at Mercury since March 2024, previous roles include Senior Software Engineer positions at Co–Star and Codesmith, where responsibilities included maintaining and enhancing public-facing sites, internal tools, and educational platforms while mentoring junior engineers. Prior to this, Sara held various software engineering positions at Matchraiser.org, Uproot, and Geist Software Solutions, contributing to projects such as Connext.js. Early career experience includes serving as Studio Director at Yoga To The People, where a React Native mobile application was developed for managing class data, leveraging AWS Lambda for backend deployment.
