Tim Mortensen is an experienced leader in customer support and technical services with a diverse background spanning multiple industries. Currently serving as Support Leadership at Mercury since November 2024 and a member of Support Driven since May 2017, Tim has previously held significant roles including Head of Support and Customer Experience at Rvvup, Senior Manager for Global Technical Services at PayPal, where Tim led technical and API support teams, and Senior Manager at Braintree, contributing to the development of a top-tier support team prior to its acquisition by PayPal. Tim's entrepreneurial spirit is evident from co-founding Soundsupply, focused on music discovery, and Common Cloud Records. Tim's career began at Apple, where a focus on training and development contributed to numerous product launches and initiatives. Tim holds a BA in English from North Park University, obtained in 2005.
