Will Joyner

Will Joyner is a design leader currently serving as the Head of Product Design at Mercury. With a focus on building inspired, customer-centered teams, Will specializes in simplifying complexity and driving innovation for micro-business and SMB products. Previously, Will held positions at Amazon as Head of Design for B2B Payments, Lending, and E-Procurement Systems, as well as at Square as Product Design Director of Credit & Lending. Will’s prior experience includes roles at The Advisory Board Company, Dell, and IBM, where they were instrumental in enhancing user experience and fostering cross-functional collaboration. Will is pursuing a BA in Graphic Design at North Carolina State University.
