Mark Gately has 15+ years of leadership experience in grid tech. They are the co-founder and CEO of Mercury Computing (2024–Present). Earlier, they co-founded Headway Cooperative (2022–2024) and held roles including Vice President, Corporate Development at Uplight (2021–2022) and Lead Modeler for RMI's Reinventing Fire (2009–2011), as well as Product Manager for iGrid at Tendril (2011–2013). They are pursuing a BA in Computer Science at Cornell University and an MS in Ecological Economics at the University of Vermont.
