Jen Heaps

Jen Heaps is an experienced professional with a strong background in account management and administration. Currently serving as an Account Representative and previously as an Administrative Assistant at Mercury Electronics since January 2017, Jen has developed skills in client relations and support. Prior roles include serving as a Director's Assistant at Harkins Funeral Home, Inc. from December 2014 to October 2016 and as the Associate Director of Admissions at YTI Career Institute from January 2008 to December 2014. Jen holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from YTI Career Institute, completed between 2002 and 2004.
