Tom Kerr

Tom Kerr is a Quantity Surveyor with experience in managing various aspects of construction projects. Currently employed by Mercury Engineering, Tom is involved in a 45MW data center project in Holland, focusing on CSA, mechanical, and electrical packages while handling contract documentation, variations, payment applications, and cost reporting. Prior experience includes a student internship at Tetra Tech, where Tom gained exposure to high-end consulting and engineering services, and a placement at CB Ross Partners in Toronto. Tom's career began at McCloskey Building Contractors as a construction labourer, performing manual work while pursuing education. Tom holds a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying with Commercial Management from Ulster University and completed A-Level and GCSE qualifications at Lumen Christi College.
