Greg Dick

Android Developer at Mercury Intermedia

Greg Dick has been working in the software development industry since 2017. Prior to that, they worked as a Clinical Research Assistant at Advanced Neurosciences Institute from 2014 to 2012. During this time, they managed patient data for several large clinical trials, prepped patients for physician visits, and performed Optical Coherence Tomography exams on patients.

From 2012 to 2015, Greg held two positions at Vanderbilt Outdoor Recreation Center. Greg worked as a Climbing Instructor, outfitting customers with gear and instructing them on safe practices and good techniques while rock climbing, and as an Undergraduate Research Assistant studying the genes Neuropillin2 and Sema3F.

In 2015, Greg began working at Metova, Inc. as a Developer. Greg'srole included building and maintaining tested features, diagnosing and fixing defects, reviewing code for their teammates, training interns, and consulting clients on the latest standards and trends for Android software. Greg'smost relevant project was a full refactor of an existing music streaming application with ten million installs on the Play Store.

Since 2017, Greg has been working at Mercury Intermedia as an Android Developer.

Greg Dick attended Vanderbilt University from 2010 to 2014, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Neuroscience. Greg also attended Nashville Software School, though they did not obtain any additional certifications.
