Jon M. is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in capture management and proposal development, currently serving as Director of Capture at Mercury Systems since September 2014. With a strong background in federal acquisition regulations and a proven track record of driving revenue growth from $75M to $200M, Jon leads cross-functional teams to capture new business and enhance existing programs. In addition to a significant role in Mercury's proposal development function, Jon is an Executive Member of the International LEAP Network and has held leadership positions within the APMP, including Chapter Founder and President.
