Mark Blanco

Mark Blanco possesses a diverse background in leadership and management within the engineering and financial sectors. Currently serving as Sr Director for the MMIC Line of Business at Mercury Systems since June 2025, Mark Blanco previously held significant roles including Chief Growth Officer at Parry Labs and Principal at Cooper Cole & Associates. Prior experiences include positions at Stifel Financial Corp. and Stifel Nicolaus in investment banking, as well as various engineering and program management roles at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division and FLIR Systems. Mark Blanco holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley and an MBA from Dartmouth College.
