William E. Blosser

William E. Blosser has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several high-level roles in various companies. William E. currently serves as a Senior Principal Program Manager at Mercury Systems, where they provide expertise in program management, manufacturing management, proposal development, and cost management. Previously, they held the position of Director Defense Systems at Mercury Systems, where they were responsible for transitioning advanced applied research projects into fully functional operational systems in support of the Department of Defense.

Before their time at Mercury Systems, Blosser served as the President of CERES 9, LLC from 2002 to 2013. In this role, they held overall leadership and management responsibilities.

Prior to CERES 9, LLC, Blosser worked for General Dynamics from 1991 to 2002 as the VP/GM. William E. was in charge of a $300M operation with four operating units, global manufacturing, integration, and O&M services.

Additionally, Blosser held the position of VP Business Development at GTE from 1989 to 1991, where they were responsible for marketing, sales, proposals, and strategic plans.
