Tane Bufton

Tane Bufton has been a Projects, Partnerships & Performance Specialist in the Telco sector at Mercury NZ since May 2011, previously holding the position of Technology Solution Specialist - Assure, where responsibilities included providing technical expertise for Telco and Energy services, enhancing processes for improved customer experience through collaboration with third parties and internal stakeholders. Prior to this role, Tane worked as a Customer Service Representative at TaxRefunds.co.nz from January 2009 to December 2010, focusing on processing tax refund requests and facilitating customer support through phone and email communications. Tane completed NCEA Level 1 and 2 at Waitaki Boys High School from 2005 to 2010.
