Mutual Funds need 51% of shares voted at each corporate election to legally conduct business per the 40s act. Yet, Retail investors hold roughly 70–75% of mutual fund shares and almost none of them vote. 

A third of fund proposals fail to reach quorum, and the current fix is manual solicitation campaigns that cost millions. We are building a marketplace where retail investors can separate their voting rights from their shares for a given election. Funds that need quorum can purchase those rights instantly, the retail investor receives a dividend, and the fund eliminates solicitation costs.
