Mercy Community is a not-for-profit organisation providing a range of programs and services including services, support and programs for families, young people and individuals, disability support services, residential based aged care and homecare, child protection, and foster and kinship care across Queensland.

As a Catholic ministry we find inspiration in the Gospel, the charism of Mercy, the life of Catherine McAuley and the traditions of the Sisters of Mercy.

The Information Technology team at Mercy Community is responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's technological infrastructure and support systems. This includes ensuring seamless operation of IT services, providing technical support for applications critical to the delivery of Mercy's programs, and overseeing service delivery to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of organizational operations. By leveraging technology, the IT team helps Mercy Community achieve its mission of supporting and inspiring people in need to live healthy, connected lives within inclusive communities.
