Daniel Odinga

Daniel Odinga currently serves as the Technical and Implementation Director and Deputy Chief of Party at Mercy Corps, with a focus on innovative program development in market systems. Previously, Daniel held the position of Livelihoods Advisor and Consortium Lead at the Danish Refugee Council and worked as a Food Security and Livelihoods Technical Advisor at ACTED. Early career accomplishments at Mercy Corps included the role of Country Program Coordinator for the Agri Fin Mobile program, which successfully integrated agricultural information and financial services for smallholder farmers across Uganda, Zimbabwe, and Indonesia. Daniel's educational background includes a Master's degree in Agricultural Economics from SOAS University of London and a Bachelor's degree from Makerere University.
