Jonathan Waita

Jonathan Waita is an expert in financial inclusion, clean energy, climate action programs, women's empowerment, and livelihoods, with over 23 years of experience in development work in Kenya. They have held significant roles in organizations like Practical Action, Mercy Corps, and Habitat for Humanity, focusing on microfinance, sustainable livelihoods, and gender mainstreaming. Jonathan has been instrumental in managing and implementing projects that improve agricultural practices, promote financial access, and support marginalized groups. They hold a Master's degree in Ethnic, Cultural Minority, Gender, and Group Studies from the University of Nairobi, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Mathematics, and Sociology.
