Adene Smith

Adene Smith is a dynamic and results-driven nursing leader with over 20 years of experience across diverse service lines, including emergency department, critical care, physical rehabilitation, and more. Currently, Adene serves as the Director of Nursing and Operations at Mercy, where they continue to enhance patient care and optimize operations. Prior to this role, Adene held the position of Director of Nursing at Cox Health, Branson and worked as an RN and Nurse Manager at Springfield Neurological and Spine. Adene holds a Master of Business Administration in Health Care Administration from Western Governors University and a BSN from Cox College.
