Carl Evans

Carl Evans has extensive experience in technical support and management within the healthcare and technology sectors. Currently serving as Supervisor Site Support and Lead Business Solutions Analyst at Mercy since October 2014, Carl oversees a team of field technicians and provides level two support to a vast network of co-workers. Prior to this, Carl worked at Sisters of Mercy Health System, where responsibilities included supervising field technicians and leading customer support efforts for EPIC hardware deployments. Carl owned EVANS COMPUTER SERVICES, focusing on client relations and system upgrades, and held management positions at COMPUTERS FOR LESS and BABBAGES SOFTWARE. Carl's career began with service in the U.S. Army as a Transportation Specialist. Carl holds a Certified Computer Technician degree from Control Data Institute and completed studies at Central Texas College.
