Casey Sowell

Casey Sowell is an Acute Care Physical Therapist currently employed at Mercy since September 2023. Previously, Casey served as a Brand Ambassador for LaCroix Sparkling Water Inc. from September 2022 to September 2023, where responsibilities included marketing and sampling new products at grocery outlets. With experience as a Student Physical Therapist at multiple facilities including UC Health, St. Louis Children's Hospital, St. Luke's Hospital, and St. Elizabeth's Hospital, Casey has managed diverse orthopedic and neurological caseloads, gaining proficiency in advanced treatments such as blood flow restricted therapy and dry needling. Casey holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy/Therapist and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Saint Louis University, where studies extended from August 2017 to May 2021. Prior to formal education in physical therapy, Casey worked as an Athletic Training Room Aid, supporting athlete care and equipment management at Saint Louis University.
