Debra Paddock

Debra Paddock, CCP, is an experienced compensation leader with over 20 years in the field, working across both public and private sectors. Currently serving as a Compensation Leader at Mercy, Debra has previously held senior roles at companies such as Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits and Winn-Dixie, where they played a key role in aligning compensation strategies with business goals and enhancing employee satisfaction. Debra's expertise encompasses the design and administration of compensation programs, as well as a proactive approach to customer service and stakeholder engagement. They studied Psychology at Southwest Missouri State University, where they continue their education.
