Douglas Fast is the Executive Director of Clinic Finance at Mercy, where they currently oversee financial operations. Previously, they served as a Member of the Board of Directors for Appalachian Mountain Community Health Centers and held key financial leadership positions at various health systems, including Mary Black Health System and Mission Health.
