Jamie Smith

Jamie (Davis) Smith, MSHA, MBA, is the Director of Patient Experience Performance at Mercy, where they lead initiatives to enhance patient engagement. Previously, Jamie held various roles in healthcare, including Regional Manager of Patient Experience at SSM Health and Assistant Director of Pediatric & Adolescent Programs at UT Southwestern Medical Center. Jamie’s earlier experiences include serving as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Alabama at Birmingham and as a Student Associate with the UAB Health System. Jamie earned their degrees from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, furthering their expertise in healthcare management.
