John Miller

John Miller serves as the Executive Director at The Institute for Optimal Leadership Presence since January 2025, focusing on educating and developing leaders to enhance their Optimal Leadership Presence while advocating for the academic study of Presence in leadership theories. Concurrently, John holds the position of Senior Consultant in Communications Change Management at Mercy and works as an Adjunct Professor at Washington University McKelvey School of Engineering. Previously, John directed Cultural Transformation at St. Louis Children's Hospital, overseeing Organizational Development and Leadership Development from October 2012 to June 2020. Additional experience includes roles as an Organizational Consultant at Pretium Solutions and Director of Leadership and Organizational Development at Charter Communications. John earned a Doctor of Business Administration in International Business from Nova Southeastern University, a Master's degree in Business/Corporate Communications, and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management and Services from Lindenwood University.
