Jon Fogle

Jon Fogle serves as the Vice President of Real Estate, Construction & Facility Operations at Mercy since May 2011, overseeing a 10 million square foot medical asset portfolio valued at $5.2 billion. Previously, Fogle held the position of Vice President of Operations at First Industrial Realty Trust, where leadership rebuilding efforts led to an 18% increase in operating margins. At CBRE, Fogle functioned as Managing Director, implementing business development strategies that expanded the managed portfolio significantly. Early career experience includes serving as General Manager of Palm Beach Mall, where Fogle coordinated a $25 million renovation project. Fogle holds a degree from Indiana University Bloomington and attended Clayton State University.
