Kyle Springer

Kyle Springer is a Manager of Business Operations in Nursing at Mercy, where they utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to enhance organizational processes. Previously, Kyle worked as a Quality Improvement Program Manager at OU Health and held roles in legislative assistance at the United States Senate and U.S. House of Representatives. Kyle also served as a Labor Market Analyst for the Oklahoma Department of Commerce, leading data analysis projects related to workforce development. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Drury University, followed by a Master of Science in International Studies at Oklahoma State University and an MBA from Oklahoma City University.
