Lance Watson

Lance Watson, MD, FACEP, is a highly experienced emergency medicine physician currently serving as the Department Chair of Emergency Medicine, Emergency Physician, and ER Medical Director at Mercy since January 2012. Previous roles include Medical Director at DispatchHealth from May 2018 to October 2022 and Emergency Physician at Phoenix Physician Services, Inc from July 2009 to December 2011. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine (2002-2006), advanced studies at Texas A&M Health Science Center (2006-2009), and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from East Central University (1997-2001).
