Mallory Woods

Mallory Woods currently serves as the Senior Consultant of Co-worker Health at Mercy, beginning in March 2024. Prior experience includes roles as the Director of Rehabilitation & Wellness Services at the Community Health Center of Southeast Kansas, where responsibilities involved overseeing the operations of a complete outpatient wellness and rehabilitation department and optimizing service line data for increased patient access. Mallory also held positions as a Practice Manager and Director of Population Health at the same organization, focusing on clinic operations and enhancing patient health through data analysis. Previous experience at Mercy included serving as a Wellness Coordinator, where initiatives were developed for over 2,900 employees. Mallory's early career involved a Traveling Leadership Consultant role with Zeta Tau Alpha Fraternity, as well as an internship at Mercy Hospital Joplin. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion and Wellness from Missouri Southern State University.
