Mark Moir

Mark Moir, PhD, is a strategic leader currently serving as the Vice President - HR Operational Performance at Mercy. With prior experience as the Chief Administrative Officer and Chief of Staff at Kaiser Permanente, Mark fostered human capital and business management in alignment with organizational strategies. Previously, Mark held various leadership roles in human capital strategy at Sanford Health, where they directed talent acquisition and organizational development initiatives, and at Centura Health, overseeing comprehensive people and culture initiatives. Mark is pursuing an MBA at the University of South Dakota and a Ph.D. in Leadership & Organizational Change from Antioch University.
