Meagan Gray, MBA, CSSBB, CPHQ, is the System Director for Clinical Quality Improvement, specializing in Quality Improvement and Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Previously, Meagan served as the Director of Quality Improvement at Mercy, where they led a team of professionals in enhancing patient safety and clinical quality, achieving significant improvements in team engagement and quality scores. Their expertise includes developing and implementing programs to foster Lean principles and leading initiatives that generated substantial savings and efficiency gains. Meagan's earlier roles include Lean Transformation Specialist at Mercy Hospital St. Louis and Education Coordinator at Barnes-Jewish Hospital, contributing to various process improvement projects throughout their career. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Missouri-Columbia and an MBA from Webster University.
