Nate Harris

Nate Harris is the Vice President of HR Strategic Partner and Coworker Relations at Mercy, where they focus on aligning HR and legal strategies with organizational objectives to foster a culture of compliance and positivity. With previous experience as an Attorney at The Lowenbaum Partnership and Ogletree Deakins, Nate represented management in labor and employment matters, handling litigation and providing counsel on compliance issues. Nate has also served as Labor and Employment Counsel and Executive Director at Mercy, demonstrating a strong commitment to employee relations and strategic guidance. They are currently pursuing a J.D. at Washington University in St. Louis, building on their foundational education in Accounting and Finance from the University of Tulsa.
