Reta Cook

Reta Cook is a Clinical Nurse Manager in the Cardiac Intermediate Medical Unit at Mercy, where they oversee patient care in a 20-bed inpatient cardiac stepdown unit. Reta previously served as Clinical Nurse Manager of the Cardiology Department at Mercy Hospital Ft. Smith, managing RNs and radiology staff in areas including a cardiovascular unit and cardiac stress lab. Reta's experience also includes providing direct bedside care in the ICU for post-operative coronary artery bypass patients and working in various cardiology settings, including the Cath and Electrophysiology labs. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, graduating Cum Laude from Oklahoma Wesleyan University, and an Associate’s Degree in Registered Nursing from Westark Community College.
