Rich Bartram is the Regional Director of Mercy East Communities at Sisters of Mercy Health System, a position held since 2006. Prior to this role, Rich served as a Sergeant in the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department from 1968 to 2006. Rich is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Management at Webster University.
