Michael Belton

Michael Belton is an experienced executive in the real estate development sector, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at MERED, a $1.5 billion international company. Prior to this role, Michael worked as the Head of Development for the Qiddiya Performing Arts Center, a significant component of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 initiative, overseeing a world-class team. Michael's career includes leadership positions such as CEO at Wainbridge Capital and President at both Storm Properties and Hines, where responsibilities encompassed budget management and strategic development across various international markets. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
