David Meredith has over 30 years of experience in senior housing and real estate development. David is currently serving as the President and Executive Director at Beacon Crest Senior Living since June 2016 and July 2018 respectively. Prior to this, they held the position of President at Pacific Heritage Group, Inc and was responsible for the development and expansion of the senior housing market. David also served as the President of Meredith and Associates, Inc since its inception in 1991.
David Meredith attended San Diego State University from 1983 to 1984, where they studied Accounting and Finance. Prior to that, from 1978 to 1981, they studied at the University of Utah. Additionally, David has certifications as an Assisted Living Administrator from the State of Utah, obtained in 2019, and they are a CPA.
