Wincy Thomas

Wincy Thomas possesses extensive experience in product leadership and management, currently serving as a Product Leader at Merge since April 2022. Prior to this role, Wincy held multiple positions at Setu from January 2019 to April 2022, including Director of Product, Product Lead for Payments, Head of Platform and Banking Operations, and Platform Operations Lead. Previous experience includes serving as Program Manager at Ezetap Mobile Solutions Pvt. Ltd from September 2016 to January 2019, and various roles at Jenesys Technologies, including Director of Product Strategy and Director of Sales from September 2013 to September 2016. Wincy's career also includes significant positions at Mindtree from January 2003 to August 2013, varying from Technical Account Manager to Developer roles. Wincy holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Application from Samrat Ashok Technological Institute Vidisha, completed in 2003.
